Chairman / Director
Mr. Rizwan Idrees was appointed as the Chairman of the Board on February 24, 2023, to fill the casual vacancy. On completion of the term, after election of the board of directors, he is the elected Chairman since October 27,2023.
Mr. Rizwan is already in the board-room of the Company since 2010 as a non-executive director. He has also served for three terms on the Board’s Audit Committee and Human Resource & Remuneration Committee.
Mr. Rizwan is a certified director of Pakistan Institute of Corporate Governance. He has inbuilt leadership skills and is proactive in business decisions. He was conferred his degree in Master of Business, Entrepreneurship and Technology (MBET) from University of Waterloo, Waterloo, Canada in 2008. The MBET program, through its curriculum creates the leaders who build tomorrow’s businesses.
He passed Bachelor of Science, Industrial and Systems Engineering from University of Southern California (USC), Los Angeles CA in 2006.
Mr. Rizwan acquired practical experience in improving the flow and efficiency of the Computer & Printer Recycling Line. He also acquired hands-on exposure in Designing and Building High Integrity Databases from companies operating in Los Angeles CA.
On his return to Pakistan, he gained working knowledge of local fiscal environment by joining family businesses engaged in diversified field. He now carries 15 years’ experience covering different segments of business.
Mr. Rizwan is a member of the Entrepreneurs Organization since 2015. The Entrepreneurs Organization (EO) is a global, peer-to-peer network of more than 12,000+ influential business owners in 54 countries.
He represented Pakistan in business delegations of Rawalpindi Chamber of Commerce (RCCI) to Iran, UAE and other countries.
Mr. Rizwan, during his education at University of Southern California (USC), Los Angeles CA, founded USC Squash Club in 2004 and has been the Captain of the USC Cricket Team, 2004 – 2006.
CEO / Director
Mr. S. M. Mansoor Idrees did his Master of Science in Management (MSM) from Massachusetts, USA and passed Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from University of Nebraska, USA. On return to Pakistan, he joined family business engaged in differ trading and manufacturing activities and also serving on the Board of Idrees Textile Mills Limited since 1990. On 2nd March 2013 he was bestowed the position of the Chief Executive Officer and till to date he is heading the Company’s management.
Mr. Mansoor implemented the Company’s spinning project from start to its completion. Later on another phase of expansion was implemented under his guidance.
He gained rich experience in the field of consumer and industrial business, including product research and development, purchasing, sales, distribution, marketing, advertising, exports/imports and general/corporate management. Furthermore, he has developed and implemented systems, from routine tasks to complex solutions and has introduced MIS reports to get key information for decision making, monitoring and control of overall operations of the organization.
Having broad-based, more than three decades practical business experience at senior level, he specializes in strategic planning and management. As CEO, Mr. Mansoor is actively involved in:
Getting prepared financial, marketing and technical feasibilities
Negotiation and finalization of purchase of machinery from local and foreign suppliers.
Selection of consultants and contractors for construction/expansion of the Mill’s civil infrastructure.
Marketing of yarn (specialized / hosiery / weaving) made from cotton and man-made fiber having counts ranging from 10/s to 80/s to local as well as foreign buyers.
Remains updated with respect to changes taking place in the price of raw material, customer requirements and demand and supply position. Also carefully watching the worldwide trends of raw cotton (including New York futures) and changing trends in the forex market, which significantly impacts local markets, imports and exports.
Involved in all facets of the Company’s operations including recruitment of technical and other senior management personnel, arrangement of financial facilities and BMR of the Mill.
Being active member of All Pakistan Textile Mills Association (APTMA) attending various meetings of the association on textile Industry’s issues and finding solutions as well as protecting the interest of the Company’s shareholders and other stakeholders.

Mr. Omair Idrees did MBA from Suhulich School of Business, Canada in 2011 and Bachelors from McGill University, Montreal, Canada in 2009 with majors in finance and accountancy.
He is a certified director of Pakistan Institute of Corporate Governance . He also has
exposure of audit and advisory services with Ernst & Young, Chartered Accountants
and gained experience and knowledge about company valuation, due diligence and
consulting.
Before coming on the board of directors of the Company, he acquired hands on diversified experience of family business in Textile, Cosmetics, Construction, Fast Food and Events Management. He implemented some accounting controls for better management of business cash flow. He now carries eleven years’ experience in different segments of business particularly in textile industry.
Mr. Omair is on the board of directors of the Company since 2013. Being an executive director he is looking after purchase of raw material, product costing, marketing and dealing with the banks.
He also served on the board of director of California Pizza (Pvt) Limited.
Mr.Omair frequently attends business conferences and international industrial exhibitions.
Mr. Omair has demonstrated leadership skills since his student life. He was elected as
Vice president of McGill Pakistan Students Association,2008-09.

Ms. Aamnah Mansoor filled the casual vacancy on the board of directors with effect from February 24,2023 under section 161(2) of The Companies Act 2017. On completion of the term, after election of the board of directors, she is the elected director since October 27,2023.
She is a certified director from the Institute of Business administration – Center of Executive Education (IBA-CEB).
Ms. Aamnah graduated in English Literature from Lahore University of Management Sciences (LUMS).
Presently, she is a full time Associate Content Writer in Rayn Group a leading technology consulting enterprise.

Mr. Masud is a business management professional having 40 years rich experience to his credit in the field of accountancy and specializing in company corporate matters and income tax law.
He is a Certified Director from the first batch of Pakistan Institute of Corporate Governance and a veteran in the field of Chartered Accountancy. He is a licensed Income Tax Practitioner of FBR.
He has attended various workshops and seminars arranged by Pakistan Institutes of Management and Employers Federation of Pakistan.
Mr. Masud in his regular employment lastly served as Director Corporate Affairs & Taxation for Pakistan Services Limited, the owning company of Pearl Continental Hotels.
He has been on the board of directors of Tejari Pakistan Limited, Pakistan Services Azad Kashmir Limited and Cadbury Pakistan Limited.
His other professional engagements include as Member of FPCCI Standing Committee on Direct Taxation for one term. Unopposed elected as a Member Executive Committee of Pakistan Hotels Association. He also served as Chairman Examination Committee of the Institute of Taxation Management.
Presently, he is practicing as corporate law consultant for different companies on retainer-ship and on case to case basis.
Mr. Masud, for social service is a life member and on the board of directors of Fortify Education Foundation (FEF), a Not-for-Profit Organization providing nutrition-rich food in schools of less privileged areas of Karachi. Presently, he is the chairman of the Governance and Internal Controls Committee of the board.

Ms. Azra holds a BSc. Hons with distinction from University College London where she did her undergraduate studies in Architecture, Planning, Building and Environmental Studies. She also holds a MSc. in Computational Finance from Oregon Health and Science University, Portland, Oregon, USA.
She has 20+ years diversified experience in Risk Management, Finance, Impact – design, implementation & capacity building. Specializing in Policies, Procedures, Internal Controls & Regulations in Financial Management & Compliance.
She spent her early years in architecture and actuarial sciences in the UK and the US. Since 2000 she has ventured into the Banking sector and spear headed key positions in various banks in Pakistan including the national implementation of Basel II at the State Bank of Pakistan. Also worked as Advisor IFC SME Ventures South Asia on conducting feasibility studies.
Ms. Azra is currently working as a management consultant engaging in various sectors of the economy on business development, innovation, financial inclusion, capacity building, fiduciary due diligence and risk management.
Ms. Azra is a Certified Director and completed Women Directors Training Program – CEE, IBA Karachi. Directorship held in other companies:

Muhammad Zubair is a commerce graduate and finalist of ACCA. He has 20 years professional experience. He is a certified director under Directors’ Training Program of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan.
Mr. Zubair worked in Pakmaco (Pvt) Ltd: Importer and Indentor of Plug Value Meters for Sui Gases and Ismail Industries Limited: Candyland, SnackCity Bisconni.
Presently working as a Freelancer – Account and Finance Advisor and Tax.
He attend different seminars and workshops on accounts and tax laws.
